@adam is incorrect about the campus protests on several points.

1) While people have freedom of speech, they don't have freedom to harass. Preventing Jews from entering buildings, or walking in the same public spaces everyone else enjoys is literally harassment.

2) The protesters on and off campus cannot be compartmentalized. They're together.

Private universities don't have to put up with this. Some don't. But Columbia WANTS the kind of students who're attracted to this bigoted radicalism.

I thought it sounded pretty harsh toward @eriner. John wanted someone removed, Eriner said no. John groused about NAS. After everything Eriner has done to try and accommodate the show, and the communitay at large, it seems gratuitous to cast him in a negative light. @IceCubeSoup

The Nazis were radical progressives. Progressivism, which is a flavor of Marxism, is generally a creature of the left, but it's really a monster of the elites and they don't really care about left/right.
