I did not know about this. Rip Currents.
Once I was at an island and I was thinking of swimming to the next, I didn't think it looked to be too far.

For some reason I didn't do it.
Next day I found out that someone tried to do it recently and never was seen again.

Apparently at that part of the Lombok Strait, Bali Sea. There were strong currents able to sweep people away. Even underwater currents, so people ar never seen again, just brought deeper and deeper.
