Tuesday #Workout:
200 seconds of plank.
10 minutes of yoga for runners.
30 minutes of strength training.
10 minutes of HIIT.
5.3 KM of #Running #Cycling (-11°C, -22°C winchill, 74% humidity, and 40 km/hr wind, gusting to 58 km/h).
Workouts were good.
Tuesday and Thursdays are supposed to cycling, but I'm not really equipped to deal with with heavy sub-zero winds (I'm still feeling out winter cycling).
Decided on a short run that was surprisingly quick for me, even in the crazy wind.
