Monday #Workout:
200 seconds of plank.
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
10 minutes of strength training.
10 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
12.5 KM of #Running (0°C, 100% humidity, and 5 km/hr wind) in light rain.
Back to regular plank (whew!). Quick workouts, then a run in light, cold train, slogging through slush, snow, and some ice. Had a great time of it.
Rinsed my shoes out in the shower to get the salt out.
