@mahmoodhamod991 @alda @simon_brooke @raphaellakay @aral How does food get in and get distributed on the ground? Is there any land left for growing (the only images we see are of rubble)? While we know Israel are limiting what gets in, it’s hard for us to know what is really happening as you are our only real sources of information.

@ChrisMayLA6 Practices don’t have enough money to pay for extra GPs, inspite of increased workload. So all the new GPs who have been trained find no jobs to go to. Use of locums to cover holidays and sickness has also reduced significantly. Expenses have risen dramatically due to rise in NI and inflation, so money per GP is squeezed. Partnership as a business is tough when total income is static while expenses rise.

@PGBeattie It’s food. I shop for our main weekly shop online and every week prices go up. I reckon spending about half as much extra a week as a couple of years ago, ie £100 worth now costing £150. Granted we do still eat meat, although mostly chicken, even mince having more than doubled in price. Even basics like a tin of beans, lentils, rice has gone up dramatically.

@kathimmel @PGBeattie Lucky to get a local veg box, as the quality and variety from supermarkets is dire as well as pricy. £1.20 currently for a cauliflower…

@Greenseer I read on Bluesky that a reporters wife had been challenged in a swimming pool changing room because she had had a double mastectomy for breast cancer. Not acceptable. I don’t care who uses the toilets I’m in, cubicles lock for privacy anyway.

@CloudyMrs @ChrisMayLA6 @GeofCox @Roadwarrior29 Need to have places to park/decent bus links to same places outside town centres with bikes you can rent to get into the middle. With no cars in the centre except for taxis or disabled transport.

@MaddieT I was more meaning in terms of support. Waiting lists are ridiculous and there is often a high level of distress, anxiety and depression which could be supported pending assessment by actual gender services.
