This grand sycamore clearly feels she is queen of the valley and with good reason. Magnificent location on top of a mysterious ancient stone walled platform that I currently can't find the age of or reason for. Built of large, closely fitted boulders, it has survived the ages, with its high view from the Offa's Dyke path

So Starmer wants to exclude trans people from what he defines as single sex spaces on hospital wards by segregating trans people into side rooms

This places me in a conflicted position

A) He's a bigoted and ignorant reactionary making a bigoted reactionary play, because he's spineless whenever bigoted reactionaries discover a new group to hate and tell him he should hate them too

Living through Thatcher, miner's strikes, Section 28, then the Blair disappointment, Iraq War, decline of welfare state and the NHS, all left a feeling of chronic decline

Now there's the Far Right, TERFs, economic stagnation

But you see, we aren't falling into the abyss. We were always there
