We have lost the right to speak of the Nazis and Fascists of the early 20th century as some kind of other, depraved beyond our comprehension

Let's face it, unaccounted for histories of colonialism and the countless wars of expansion and domination ever since, meant it was always a stance of abject hypocrisy

But with the stain of the genocide of the Palestinian people, our own regimes, and that of apartheid Israel, must be extinguished entirely before we'll have any right to moral superiority
