@skinnylatte I’m a former pro. I could talk you through the steps agnostic to specific editing tools and cameras but not the level of every-literal-step of whatever software you use.

But I’m unclear if that’s a bold new strategy to sell products again or because this store is closing forever in a few weeks. (Hmmm. I have ideas why it’s closing.)

I guess they could take regular dough, wave it together like an accordion, and slice the top off.

@skinnylatte I don’t think I like baklava (?) but will gladly try it again there. The breads have always been great. Turkish delight, I think you mentioned it first too hah.

Now I’ve been keeping an eye out to source rose pedals so I can make it like theirs.

@mekkaokereke @donaldball @ohmu if you get into using it, my favorite is to have multiple bowls. I just have the basic stainless bowls, but extras help if making several things. They’re also just great prep bowls with the handle.

Oh and as long as I’m giving unsolicited ideas, cooking with a scale is a major upgrade. (I’d do a scale before extra bowls.)

@skinnylatte my personal favorite was hearing an American at a Narita airport shop asking “if they take cash,” and being angry and misled that the answer was yes (of course) they take yen bills and coins… no they don’t take U.S. dollars.

@skinnylatte ooh I haven’t thought of spatzle (friend to schnitzel) in a looong time and been longer since I’ve made it. Maybe I’ll get to that soon.
