I’ll make a better plea:

Hire juniors, they need jobs, and you need workers. No time training is wasted, they bring a fresh energy to the team and you will be surprised by how fast they ramp up. They will be your senior folks tomorrow, do it.

Taking a two car L on the muni because my F never showed up and market and 8th is not nice at this time. I’ll take my trusty 49 which would never let me down and leave me stranded like this

Muni 19 lets me down daily, muni 30 weekly, muni 28 never shows up when I’m looking for it, but not muni 49, it has never let me down.
