I don't think there is such a thing as "too much empathy", and if there were, we aren't anywhere close to reaching that point, as your post makes clear. @anarchopunk_girl I understand how you feel. I struggle with PTSD, not to the same extent that you are, and it's tough when people see me do all kinds of work at one point, then see me struggling to get through the day other times. I honestly think very few people are actually judging me, I'm just really hard on myself.
