Listening to your Gnu World Order podcast.
I always thought the "dpy" in "xdpyinfo" stands for "display": x display info.

Also, xeyes is useful for big, busy screens ... you can get a hint on where the cursor is by looking at the eyes. For those who do use the mouse, but seldom.
Plus it's fun to move the cursor in a figure eight around each eye and make them look left, up, crosseyed, down, right, up, cross-eyed, ... etc.

@rms They just lump us in with the technologically challenged. Maybe hoping we'll break down and 'prove' we aren't tech challenged by doing their favoured behaviour.

I'm with you, I take my business elsewhere.

But they don't seem to care, and they are successfully brainwashing the younger ones that cash etc is old and less desirable, and that electronic transactions on phones is "safe".
