who's your nomination for absolute worst emo band of the early 2000s? worst as in, you, an emo kid, thought it was freaking terrible and would be embarrassed to listen to.

my vote is first for good charlotte and second for papa roach, and i should know because i listened to both and was hugely embarrassed about it within months

i always thought papa roach was much closer to country but i just looked up the music video for scars (to troll my partner with) and their frontman has billy joel armstrong spiked hair and eyeliner, so i feel like they were trying to catch the emo kid market, you know?

Finished up my first honest-to-goodness amigurumi last night. I'm not sure if I enjoy the stuffing/armature process, but I definitely enjoy the mushroom lady product!

I blurred the pictures because there's semi-realistic butt and boob, but none of it looks lifelike enough to really offend, so you're probably safe. She's not showing any more than a silhouette in a magical girl transformation sequence would.

I went to the aquarium today and there was a guy in a wetsuit pushing a penguin around on a box, back and forth through the water

someone asked why and he says, "yeah, she kinda just really likes riding on the box"
