After the recent Bluesky VC news, I am motivated to try and support the Fediverse in a more grass roots way.

The Fundiverse.org is going to have donation drives to try and boost the donations so they are hire more full time developers! (Let's see what we can do)

Word on the github commits is after 11 months. Mastodon is going to release a major update.

(We're already running the latest code so A.S people won't notice) but god damn 11 months is a long time between releases for the rest of the ecosystem.
