@killyourfm many of the people that are interested in the Switch 2 don’t have that context, though. It makes me feel old, but people in their 20s were born during the GameCube era when the GameCube was like $99 all day at Walmart, brand new games were like $50, and you could regularly get older titles for around $20.
And even for people born before that, much of our expectations of what consoles and games cost is based on the past 20 years where things have been relatively stable.
