Yea they're pretty bad for you; straight carbs. The homemade stuff is really good though. Best chain restaurant version is probably a Cracker Barrel.

That was my ex in Seattle. It was really weird because I was 5'4" and 130 lbs at the time. I remember her getting on my scale and saying "It's mostly muscle" yea...... 🙄 .. I heard she got her tits cut off and thinks she's a man now.

No ... it really is the food. I was pretty hard core keto for years and maintained 130lbs really easily by limiting myself to under 40g of total carbs per day. I did weights and cycling too, but not crazy amounts.
Being back in America is hard. Our produce just isn't really as good and it's easy to start sucking down the starch or sugar. It's massively bad for you, and insanely addictive. I hate it.

I will agree that basically anything bought in a super market isn't great
Our soil is so depleted of nutrients that we have to dump tons of chemicals on it just to get anything to grow anymore.
Everyone should be trying to grow their own as much as possible.

Wat? What is a biscuit?! It's nothing but carbs! It's like .. entirely carbs!
And the gravy is typically full of starches too man.
And I never said riding my bike was like what our ancestors did. That's the point. I rode less than 100km a week and only did weights twice a week and was still able to stay solidly under 130lbs just by cutting out carbs (starches and sugar). Lots of stir fry, veggies, meats and cheeses. Very little bread, soda pop, or pasta (usually just at parties)

Cracker Barrel has good chicken fried steak. And probably easy to find one.
Bonus: Some time back someone started a rumor that they was rayciss so very few niggers will ever be in one.
If you can find one, Bob Evans has a chicken fried steak that is even better. (They have recently expanded to have some of their signature meals in the frozen food section of grocery stores. They are...not good.) They aren't as prolific as Cracker Barrel, but worth finding one.
They don't have the same White Supremacy rep as Cracker Barrel either, so YMMV as to the amount of vibrancy you find there.
