Wat? What is a biscuit?! It's nothing but carbs! It's like .. entirely carbs!
And the gravy is typically full of starches too man.
And I never said riding my bike was like what our ancestors did. That's the point. I rode less than 100km a week and only did weights twice a week and was still able to stay solidly under 130lbs just by cutting out carbs (starches and sugar). Lots of stir fry, veggies, meats and cheeses. Very little bread, soda pop, or pasta (usually just at parties)
