    @NoDoxGregBrady @judgedread I have questions for you since you're entertaining the idea:
    1. Okay if it's a simulation then are your kids just digital projections?
    2. If they are real like you are but everything is a simulation does that mean God is putting souls in digital constructs.
    3. If most people are NPCs and you're the only real one doesn't that mean that you don't have the sensory capacity to tell the difference between a generation digital simulation than real life?
    4. How big is the simulation localized, globalized, or even encapsulation of the entire solar system
    5. Who runs the simulation? A solar deity, pagans, Christian God, a talmudic admin?
    6. Why can't people unlock admin powers in the server?
    7. Even if it is a simulation how come people in the simulation can't definitively prove that it's a simulation? The simulation is so complete and total that no experimental data can prove or dispute the theory?
    8. Does that mean someone could program a soul? Are NPCs soulless?
    9. Wouldn't be a war crime to put 7bn people in a simulation?
    10. I was born on real earth so where is the real Earth now? Destroyed and replaced by a demiurge?
    11. What's the code of the simulation? Does every atom have a memory address or is it just localized fidelity?

    Idk I have more questions but I'd like some serious answers to these questions like everyone would I imagine...

    Most people don't understand what calories are. You need to count your calories.

    1g of protein is 4cal
    1g of carbs is 4cal
    1g of fats is 9cal

    You need to figure out your daily calorie maintenance level.

    Count calories for 5 days. Add up to a total number. Then divide that number by 5.

    That's your daily maintenance level of calories.

    If you eat above your maintenance you will gain weight. If the calories you eat are below your maintenance you will lose weight.

    If you are working out intensely and you are above your maintenance level of calories you will gain bulk muscle.

    If you are doing lots of cardio and low intensity reps and you keep your calories low you will lose body fat and gain tone.
