Last made marmalade about 4 years ago.
Went well. Used lots of sugar. The bottles lasted years.
I suspect the strength of the sugar solution was the reason.

This "boil the whole fruit" seems like an industrial method.
But that can be good.

Things are smelling good.

The lemons went on a "low simmer" (actually no signs of boiling but very hot) for 16 hours.

(This is what I read some expert did - its much longer than the recipe above.)

And now the fruit has been removed from the fluid to cool before handling/cutting/pithing.)

This model and mine have a fairly bright purple LED in the phone charging cable. Not nice. A couple of coats of black paint or nail polish should tame that.
Also if on the floor, the end of the cable can find magnetic grit. Brush off with old toothbrush

A very chunky add-on protective case might require a bit of knife work.

The adaptors are socket specific - USB micro, Apple-fancy-wire, maybe USB mini. You need the mag latch charging cable too though.

I've got a magnetic latch adapter on a phone - but then I have to use a magnetic latch charging cable.

Good for removing ~98% chance of damage to charging port when using while charging though.
Though a drop on the adaptor onto concrete - who knows?

The USA and other Nth and Central American nations have stopped sharing Covid data with #WHO.

Looks like a tussle over the politics of gobal public health.

Stopping sharing info that could stop hundreds of millions dieing from a contagious and severe strain of Covid matches with the garbage approach taken by Biden in that video.
