   I think I just found an AI faked news article.

   bnnbreaking.com/world/australia/covid-19-surge-thwarts-christmas-hopes-in-western-australia/

   Note the shift of Western Australia to being one of the states of the USA?
   And the strange garbled rubbish at the end around being locked out of vaccines?

   There may be a real journalist with the name used on the article - I don't know.

     @skua Another dead giveaway I've noticed in AI generated articles is that the AI tends to repeat the main points in more or less the same manner several times in the article. I've caught at least 2 instances in a popular local periodical - rather shocked their editors didn't catch the (bad) compulsive writing style.
