Contrary to what you might think I am sorry to see your situation , I know you have to work to pay bills and that arm looks like it is going to need surgery . The alcohol consumption is going to create a bigger problem with that shoulder so again if I can help you get help I will do so , you just let me know and I will try to find somebody who will work with you

If I knew a surgeon I would beg him to help you unfortunately I don't but again if you reach out to people reasonably and you let people who want you to be 100% . Help you then perhaps you will have a better outcome than the one you are about to have when that shoulder goes beyond repair
