I have a friend whose dad just went through that , every once in awhile he would say something ridiculous like he was practicing being invisible or he was thinking about buying an aircraft carrier

The first step in recovery is admitting you have a problem , you project your anger and hatred toward yourself at other people , I understand you are miserable and pathetic and I also recognize the problem did not start with you . Perhaps your dad beat you too much or you had an uncle or Older cousin who made you touch his pee pee if you would like to arrange some phone sessions I would be happy to offer you some free therapy
