Looks way easier than pex. That shit's great but difficult to clamp unless you have BIG hands (I don't). Even with a very good tool it's hard. -

I've found that when I go drive anywhere for groceries etc. (an hour away in any direction), I look for new restaurants to eat at. In OK, most of what you find are going to be places that serve EVERYTHING fried. That gets old. -

It's going to vary...they hit water at 40', and dug until they hit 120' for storage. That plus wiring it up to my generator (2 months before I got the electricity because no one is in a hurry to do anything around here), it was just under $5k. If I had rural water run there (about 1500' from the house's pad), it would have cost around $6.5k. Then I'd have to pay for treated water at $50 a month. On the well I get my money back for the well in less than 10 years using that metric.
