Wonder if propaganda works? I was in an Uber today in Cali, Colombia, South America. The driver has friends working in Canada and they are complaining that Trudeau has buried them with new taxes. While I do not like Trudeau, he has not added any new taxes to the working class that I am aware of.

This is a common trope among executives and it is a lie. Corporations are autocracies, as these actions show: speak against the corporation or its leaders and you’re out. Corporations are fundamentally anti-democratic inside and out.

We need to move fast on climate and we’re still going in the wrong direction. We cannot get there without social justice and equality - all eco and justice groups need to pin forces.
