@Colin He HAS hinted at that, and also hinted at consequences for failing to implement timely, but we explained we can't do a thing until after the inspector gives us the go-ahead. I hope he refrains from consequences.

@Colin No worries, Colin, despite hairball-prevention formula, Juju manages to leave us regular "gifts" around the house. I suspect once we unpack everything, we could well find some surprises! And you know, he is always ready! For anything! He did get some extra crab and scallop flavored Inaba Churu and a little pizza, so I think he's set for hairball assistance, at present. I hope it's warming up where you are? I'm freezing over here!
