    @LukeAlmighty @xyfdi @matrix First you go fast then you go slow, give it a sear and then slowly raise the internal temperature to somewhere in the middle 60s (celsius) and keep it there for a few.
    The taste will still be mostly the crust though, the meat itself will just be juicy.

    My parents can get as many extra infinite data sims for like 8€ a month from their Telekom plan as they want (the original contract is pretty expensive but its cheaper than getting everyone individual plans)
