so if this waste you are talking about is 12 BILLION pounds, that is ONE PERCENT of gov't spending

but when I read a post like this it strikes me that "autistic" is a more extreme example of something common

(more is doing a lot of work here :) )

eg, I, and I suspect others, would, when doing an everyday task like vacumning, try to do it efficiently; the difference is I would forget which electric plug to use

This is a very misleading toot and requires a correction

The neighbors had been begging the city, for months, to do something about MOVE, which 24/7 played very loud music or stuff from rooftop speakers

again, the AfAm neighbors were begging the city to do something about MOVE
