@niconiconi My older system can't even see Misskey sites so Mastodon wins there by default for showing up / keeping it simple!
And who knows how many avoid Misskey because of those dependencies (ok maybe not many but every user counts :blobwink: K.I.S.S.)

@freemo But this again might be just a timeline thing and considering evolution progresses we might need to accept diversity (just it's more better and fun for us with some moderation and control) and so we could welcome it / figure to live with both (which is maybe what you're saying also).

The perspective of native / non-native seems a bit of a human perspective and binary / slightly discriminatory as it's all evolving and maybe surely we can't keep it all native unless everything is staying more static 'over there' and 'not here'...

Don't want to take to extreme but I hope it's not unfair comparison to imagine people in same way and if 'in theory' we or those elements could be educated / moderated then less fascism 'could' exist but then again it does seem 'them or us' in this example... @freemo Isn't it kind of that "We're all invasive to some level" or "They're / Animals are all invasive to some level" - even on a slider as measurement, just working with each other seems the solution and key to it all... and then letting things die or not...

It's a fine line and "Stop trying to save invasive species!" could be taken in many ways in other scenarios.... but yeah I was imagining the "saving capitalistic people or not" as another scenario... let them die? Maybe!

(just don't know the answer to these things of saving what is nature / and then what might look bad even though Capitalist people are surely more x than y as damage / carelessness / uncaring behaviour)

@jellycrystals @AmpBenzScientist @freemo I'd say it's easy or the same, sometimes sharper as it's thin sharp metal as new (it dulls as you use more than once each time depending on your hair thickness and then you can flip sides if it accepts the whole double sided razor at the head (or I forget maybe all you have to break in half). So same kind of logic applies, to go with the skin (flat) rather than digging / chopping style or do small chops/scrapes (quite obvious or natural).
Might even be too sharp at first and just lighter hand needed.

I used thin layer of hand soap before so it's even cheaper and glass of water to swish the blade in as finger wipes are obviously asking for trouble but also wiping the metal can take off it's effective layer each side has (can see has slightly different colour at the edges).

Another pic showing:
- razor (used / old) just to see shape.
- Handle is "Majestic" but quite the generic.
- Brush for cream (I thought it was to posh so used watery-soap to keep it ecological and economical.

But if idealist comes up a bit more seriously in arguments and equates to being a dreamer etc more than practical person or within practicalities then perhaps there is an intersect where it's close to being the same or needs both / is both... and just the ambiguity / belief not being precise means one loses focus or belief... else *both* might see it as idealist / dreaming or realistic / practical (so is it just a perceptive when it's so close and not readily measurable?...)

(one way could be to make it more measurable but still thought good to ask in conversation where it's not measured or predefined)

@freemo Just about your surprise or impression: Just wanted to say that on a plane it's more of a fabricated / commercial thing so while no doubt it's in the culture (and probably you don't judge it all and know a certain amount of all this is tourism) it's not necessarily a representation of actual culture at the time...

(I can't search my posts to give example but there were more hashtags, though FediJob and #FediHire I remember being better sometimes or catching more... I remember referring at least 2 people when I was in that mode - I should have got the commission on that :D - but anyway I still have some gold stars to stick on my own book so I'l do that now ⭐ :)

Just to adding that you mentioned PDF and not I, so the output you have or basic HTML/XML etc I think would anyway be a precursor to any other format, of which PDF I don't need on top.

As long as it looks / scrolls like your microblog section that's actually it.
