     I just finished hiring a dozen people over a 3 month period.. almost all of them came from posting the job on the fediverse under #Fedihire.

     I know its not a decentralized job board (and that is a great idea).. but it is a start, and it is effective.

     @freemo Very effective - I believe I/We shared a variety of good job hashtags during that to get good coverage. And I think your website was clear so easy to point to what's available...

     (I can't search my posts to give example but there were more hashtags, though FediJob and FediHire I remember being better than usual sometimes... I referring at least 2 people when I was in that mode - I should have got the commission on that :D - but anyway I still have some gold stars I'll stick on my own book ⭐ :)

     🎤 If you can fix the audio upload on QOTO I'll happily take that as reward :ablobwink: / reminder so I can Gary and our conversations out there...
