Just from my personal experience I can say that there are some people who can concentrate better with THC. My Ex did most of her learning to become a lawyer while smoking weed. She wasn't even high, rather super focussed.
But I know many more young people who gradually lost control of their life and mental health to smoking weed.
Maybe you're one of those happy few. Doesn't mean your experience can generalised.

I came upon this small chapel in the woods, just above a well. Supposedly the spring water heals blindness and childlessness among other ailments. And sure enough some people came by to fill up crates of water bottles. And I thought about the excellent, well tested drinking water supply we enjoy in Germany, practically for free. And yet people will go to some rusty pipe in the woods to get magical water.
