I think people should protest, but you may want to be careful what is on your phone. As you may recall, I work for Meta. We're currently spying on people.
We are helping the government to identify people who were in the protest. We are currently helping identify people who want to protest. We are currently helping government agents know where and when protest may happen.

I know I don't break the rules. It is your house, your rules, and I will always respect that fact. I was making light of how many false flags (troll reports), you likely encounter.
I think I speak for most people here when I say, we're grateful for the wonderful job you do here. 🥰
I guess I should apologize in advance for every time I post something that is unpopular, triggers people.
Usually, anytime I imply Nazis should all fall down a flight of stairs, and I am enjoying removing their post and account at work. Or that I think Donald Trump is an asshole, who should have someone's foot shoved so far up his backside, that I would need to ask him to open his mouth, so I can tie my shoes. Oh, and don't forget, anytime I criticize the actions of a Linux development, because having an opinion these days is often viewed as "bad".
Damn, this post is going to get reported, isn't it? 😅
How AI is likely going to replace Linux Support Forums, because even right or wrong, AI seems more helpful.
Generally speaking, you waste time to register... i.e.... username, password, e-mail confirmation, make that 1st post, wait for approval, wait for someone to reply, and it often just ends up in a debate or someone gatekeeping.
Meanwhile, I can ask an AI and get real help. Often AI will give me the answer I am looking for. And even when it is wrong, which let's be honest - it can very well be, but so are people, and often that AI will still point me in the right direction. No debates or gatekeeping, just help.
People who turn to forums are already exhausted, and "stuck", and forums just make the process even more exhausting with their trivial nonsense.
You think that is public knowledge, but it is not. The last time I saw anyone use "SS" was when Russia was invading Ukraine, and it had nothing to do with Germany Nazis.
I remove nazis for Meta (Facebook) and they do not post lighting bolts. They post a lot of other things, and stuff that would absolutely disgust most people, but not lightning bolts.
You want to be outside Us Jurisdiction? Notice: The nature of open source software means contributors of code, financial support, and repository mirrors, may come from anywhere, world-wide. This list focuses on the organization or group, and their registered jurisdiction, or if not registered, their implied jurisdiction.https://codeberg.org/Linux-Is-Best/Outside_Us_Jurisdiction/src/branch/main/Operating_System.md
ReactOS, is not the only one listed, but since you bring them up current ReactOS is one distro that uses GitHub, but they can leave GitHub. Fedora, cannot escape the USA.
I have provided a list of operating systems that would just fine for people living in South America, Africa, etc. " Your proposals seem to promote protectionism."YES -- Just as you would protect yourself from using an operating system reliant on China or Russia, I think you should protect yourself from an operating system reliant on the United States. You'll notice, I do not recommend Deepin Linux, for example, the same way you do not.
You know, going forward, it is my intention to actively campaign against EU_OS. - Sorry.
I do not believe you have, currently, the best intentions, and I believe your concept is misleading in a false sense of security. You can, choose to become independent, as others have, NixOS, for example. Or you're just promoting an American operating system, rebranded. I would not recommend your OS, anymore than I would recommend China's Deepin Linux or Russia's Astra Linux.
You seem to want to ignore this obvious point, and so I do not believe you're acting in good faith.
He won only because of shenanigans by the DNC who had 12+ people jump into the race, divide the vote, and endorse last place. Joe Biden was so unpopular before that his campaign offices were empty, and when running against Donald Trump a 2nd time, dropped out, because he still remained just as inspirational (a near complete lack of).
Kamala Harris, was so unpopular, she dropped before the first vote, and when Biden made her his VP, I did a double-take to make sure I was not hallucinating. Yet, that is who the Democrats tried to force on us at the last possible moment.
These people were not the right people to unite folk. You need to be something more than just a democrat.
