For the last few months I was really really worried about the rapid decline of the US right before our eyes

A lot of officials remained silent, companies kissed the ring etc

The recent rise up against Musk was a great start but I think today was a day that really gave hope!

So many people showed up across the US, that really shows we're not alone in this and that we're all sick and tired of it

Keep it peaceful, keep protesting and keep resisting!

It does not really matter that much if #Mastodon does not grow as hard as Bluesky for example

Simply because Mastodon is a part of the #Fediverse and that will grow faster over time

The last few years there has been a major adoption in the use of ActivityPub by other platforms and a dozen new ones!

It's just a matter of time before ActivityPub and therefore the Fediverse is everywhere

I dont see Bluesky do that

Instead of "enjoying" their massive "wealth", billionaires are getting greedier and greedier to a point where the people had enough

They are not heroes or example figures. They do not benefit humanity, they bleed us dry for their own endless greed that will never be satisfied.
