Saturday night, US political figure Donald Trump staged a surprise event at the annual White House Correspondents Dinner at which he was scheduled to speak.
The surprise caused panic at the dinner leading to evacuation and possible rescheduling.
Later in the evening Trump explained that the stunt was intended to highlight the need for a ballroom on the White House grounds where events like the disrupted dinner could be held.
Earlier in the year, Trump had torn down the East Wing of the White House to create space for his ballroom.
