A (hopefully good) comparison of decentralised video sharing platforms like @loops, @peertube and @owncast to centralised platforms like Youtube and Tiktok went online yesterday.

@evan @andypiper No not really. My concern is mostly about the overhead of Wordpress as it is more like a blog and web page CMS than a specific podcast host.
But I'm not saying that it is bad, specifically if a podcast should have a whole own webpage or connected blog.
@evan @andypiper I don't know if Wordpress would be a good solution for a podcast.
@dansup How's the status on future-proofing what you've made?
It would be sad to see you dropping into a burnout and or Pixelfed, Loops and your other projects going down.
This could also be an example for a way to really implement the Digital Platform Charter of Rights.

@ChrisWere @gamingonlinux Only that a account is a personal space. Others don’t have the right to complain that a user posts something other than what they want. If someone doesn’t like what an other user posts they can ignore the post or unfollow. Both are free.
