@monoxane @cstanhope Oh damn that’s awesome. I run the A/V for a couple “hybrid” conferences every year and it’s all patchworked together with cheap stuff lol. Only 4 1080p cameras tops, tho, but 2 laptops running it all.

How do we make it easier for "everyone else," the "normies," all those "regular" folk who just want to get online, how do we reduce the friction required to get them to make their own little corners of the web? How do we make the #IndieWeb easier? How do we make the #WebRevival more convenient?

@tek Anyone who needs to take time, take time. No shame in that. Self preservation comes in many forms and it must be done first.

@jwarlander @alcinnz Personally I like PHP and I find it to be a really accessible language for beginners.

@alcinnz As described in the post, it's gotten much worse since AI...but I've been in the SEO space since 2009 and it's always just been getting worse. When I started reading I thought "this guy must have been in it as long as I have been." I was very surprised to see that he said they started in 2014. I thought SEO was pretty dead even then.

@tek @benbrown I haven't had a chance to see KMFDM yet BUT I am seeing <PIG> tonight and Raymond Watts' backing band is all former members of KMFDM lol

@benbrown I would go as far as to say it was my favorite industrial show I've been to but...it was FLA, Gary Numan, and Ministry so how do you top that??

But FLA put on a HEAVY fkn show. Bass-in-the-chest like an EDM show but heavy like a metal show.
