Important report by Apoorva Mandavilli. No props to the NY Times ever for trying to afford themselves some token of plausible deniability for aiding the fascist regime.
Liberals going through yet another stage of denial: attempting to correct the Nazis when liberals interpret their words as an error as if Nazis had misspoken when they're promising to cull people.
Anarchist nationalists for Ukraine and against the people of Russia.
The American mind can only produce recursive stupidity beyond belief making everybody a J. Edgar Hoover fanatic in miniature.
It's obvious that Putin is a monster, that should go without saying, but what are you going to do if you create a void of power that is occupied by something like Trump and Vance in Russia?
The inability to think beyond the next sacrificed pawn on the board is breathtaking.
My disgust for Democrats for having allowed this to happen is infinite.
Having had the machinery of the state at their disposal, the decision to preserve the stability of a status quo of inherent injustice and giving priority to the peaceful transfer of power to an illegitimate Nazi government is a stain that they will never be able to remove.
@aral That also reminds me of certain journalists who were close friends of the tech billionaires, journalists who amplified them and made a career hanging out with them, some having even written books to glorify them, and now that they can't disguise it anymore all of a sudden they appear to have developed something that would vaguely resemble ethics, if it wasn't so laughable.
I think what they meant is that Trump is effectively executing on his unserious policy. Not being serious as in being a serious person, but serious as in actually doing the demented things he promised.
Extrapolate to other social media websites presented as valid alternatives:
"I don't like Mastodon, full of weird people. This other social media website is more normal, still largely centralised and under control of one single entity at this time, it was funded by some of the same people who built Twitter, and it doesn't hurt that the notorious antivaxxer RFK built his audience there. Don't cancel me, you don't understand."
The means of memorisation must be seized and distributed.Mastodon gGmbH are apologists of genocide.NEW: With 100% less fascism!#LFC #ANTIMETAThis is my general purpose aspect.
