   I have a theory that we can split the world into ‘countries where people will invite you home and charge you EUR 5 for the glass of wine they gave you’ and ‘countries where people will invite you home and cook a great meal for you and you can do the same next time’, and I’d much rather live in the latter group. It’s too much culture shock, I already tried.

     @skinnylatte I live in a country that's arguably fits in the first category and it boggles my mind. Why are people like this. At least I can slag off my fellow countrymen with foreign friends 🤭
