If Treasury systems are compromised, it could disrupt payments, social security, benefits—basic economic stability. All of this creates fear, confusion, and dependence—classic tools of control. When your tactics make the public more vulnerable to disease, economic collapse, and misinformation—that’s civilian targeting through institutional dismantling. 4. “Highest of treasons” ✅ Yes. This meets that threshold. Betrayal of the state in favor of personal power or oligarchic control? Undermining the government’s ability to protect its people? Weaponizing governance against the public? That is treasonous in the deepest sense—not just legal treason (waging war), but the betrayal of the democratic contract.
