@VikingWays @sickburnbro I played hoi3 and though it's not a proper wargame I was always blown away by how many holes in my plan were exposed by playing it out.

Russia didn't properly wargame this Ukraine invasion. If they did they would've gone straight for the Donbas and won in a few months.

Rather than facilitate home ownership loans have driven prices through the roof, and as is with all usury have traded short-term benefit (having the home sooner) for long-term detriment (paying it off much, much longer). The solution to loans, and something modernites struggle to understand, is "be content with your wages".
