They often have constipation or other issues

After 18 month of push-ups I started buying my own equipment. Now I have no real reason to ever go to the gym except looking at women working out.

I get more training done when my gym is next to me in the living room.

I was just thinking the same thing. Apart for the high risk of injuries, cross fit might be good for women. Lots of core strength and cardio and they burn calories.

But I just got from a friend this, he has diabetes. And he noticed that cardio do nothing to his sugar levels, while power lifting seem to lover his blood sugar for hours.

So perhaps we got this wrong. Perhaps power lifting is a great way to loose weight?
