@fesshole In NZ I once met a guy at a hostel who showed me "how tea is acutally meant to be drunk". And he took a tea bag, dipped it into hot water 2 times and put it into waste.

I thought that's a lot of war and suffering for just two dips.

@Gargron just switched from deezer to Qobuz as well and so far I really like it. It's not so bloated and I really enjoy the possibility to buy albums. Also they pay the most to artists among streaming services

@dansup sorry, I might be wrong, but didn't you alter the milestone during the campaign and moved the foundation out of the 100k milestone?

@Gargron Alles Gute!!

@dansup @PixelFed I hope your kickstarters are already set for the beta

@dansup ah, makes sense. Thanks for the editing!

@dansup missing Ghost in the "new Platforms" section. Has that a reason?

@Gargron @Ameboid would change it to my friends are not to sale instead of your, but love it!

@Gargron danke für das alles hier, Eugen! Es hat mir die Hoffnung auf ein besseres Netz zurückgegeben. ❤️

Seeing open source and privacy companies having Discord as their support channel feels like a vegan community meeting at a steak house for events.

I must say publishing with Ghost's new cookie-less real time analytics together with the fediverse sparks joy. Just a few minutes up und already visits from a wonderful diverse pool of countries around the globe. ❤️

@dansup Can't wait for the new UI! Will kickstarters get an early access to it?

@Gargron @ram @geoff_eg I use Mastodon most as a photographer. But I also have 2 Pixelfed accounts - mainly to show a quick overview of the stuff I do. Since I also speak about other things in life here, a portfolio feature would be great. Else, it's all about UI & UX for me. Give me nice, modern UI. Maybe move the images above the text (as a card layout). And a real good describe-this-image-for-blind-people feature (AI, I know) so I can actually upload stuff on the run.

@dansup Go Dan! You deserve that dream!

@_elena did some quick pics yesterday as well! but was not happy with the results (heavy cam, arms not long enough) and need get my tripod first. Thx for the inspiration!

@dansup still wondering: is that Hamburg in Germany?

@dansup Can't wait!!!

@_elena haha. it's always that one setting or the extra 30minutes to let DNS do its work

@_elena @ele Legend.

@_elena @PixelFed @dansup uuh exciting, Elena! looking forward!
