Die @tagesschau hat sowas von fertig. Ohne Kommentar druckt sie die Lügen von Friedrich #Merz ab, dass sich die Erkenntnisse über den #Haushalt geändert hätten. Das ist natürlich Quatsch. Der Haushalt liegt ja jederzeit dem Bundestag vor und die jetzt umgesetzten Beschlüsse basieren ja auf Vorschlägen von Habeck bei denen das alles schon mal vorgerechnet wurde. Jetzt überrascht zu tun, ist unprofessionell und als Nachrichtensender dies nachzuplappern auch.

@GuyDudeman @lavaeolus because the #Fediverse turns out to be a rat nest of people who violate the basic constitutional rights of other users while deplatforming everyone who deviates from a narrow-minded worldview by using _centralized_ blocklists, thereby destroying the federation idea.

In addition, #Mastodon ’s #UI and #UX is so ugly and so badly designed from an ergonomics POV that most people already stay away after first contact.

The press covers the #ceasefire for #gaza only from the #Israeli #hostages' perspective. No one is allowed to show the Palestinian families to reunite because that would show them as humans.

Did you note that the Palestinians freed in the first round are women (!) and children (!) on detention, many held without charge within the Israeli prison system?

Interestingly the article only deals with copy**right**. The hotter case for me is copy**left**. I choose #GPL or #LGPL because I want derivative work to maintain the same conditions. So despite recent rulings about copyright failure, how scrapers use my copylefted code does not explicitly transcend the required copyleft into the derivative work.

@pluralistic @timoreilly @internetarchive @AuthorsAlliance This also extends to the Creative Commons siblings of GPL/LGPL. The issue I see here is that those large corporations do not need to win the court case. It is sufficient they have enough money to keep the thing long enough in court to have me financially exhausted. This is what happened to patents. They are useless for a startup by now.
