On one hand, A search engine that's actually really good from what I heard as it is truly privacy based. On the other hand, There's a fee behind it and if you want to access it and have to use an account.

if there's concerns about your ip being traced. the omfgip trope is dead and buried. i cannot speak for your threat model, but for my own kagi is an asset vs liability
To me, I don't know if I should really dwelve into it as a subscription based service tends to turn me off, But I understand if it is worth it for the other aspects.
ov course i encourage everyone to dig their own grave. but it's accelerated my work and research by a factor of 6.66
