    It's really old news and they yearly see schools not agree on how to lie with the hospitals or maybe it's the bureaucracy test. But fundamentally it's a infanticidal culture, with collapsed post communist trust, and populations that live on a dollar a day.

    Population collapses is coming everywhere after industrialization to the degree that you industrialized andchina did it all at once while forcing abortions.

    I think this is also true of India the numbers will be delayed given they are industrializing slower.

    Humanity has sub-species, interbreeding has risks; I dont know how intelligent our attraction instincts are but we should trust the natural interbreeding volunteers are migrating some of the possible harm unknowingly.

    There are 4 foot tall African tribes, or the ones with huge butts, if we weren't ruled be retards there would be at least 5 named species.
    If you merely assert blank slate humanity, your going to get dysfunction groups of traits, the 2 week shorter pregnancy of black mothers maybe requiring high animal diets with an indians veganism, or higher aggression mixing with schizo rates of jews; or maybe sickle cell living on some mountain.

    While yes, pure bred dogs get sick from illness from too much incest; you cant just mix a tiny dog with one of the breeds that are as tall as a human.

    I could see it being less of a disaster where theres a 1000 years of finding a niche and 80% of the (belongs there) population is 80% blood related to everyone else.
    In utah, well, the history started 200 years ago and its all the sub cultures of europe clashing and the Mexican subcultures have been integrated and have their niches as well.

    Its devaluing the forntal cortex, we pretend it isnt a blood sport because there isnt visible blood but football has hitting heads together with their full body weight intentionally, dueling in the modern world would probably be extremely survivable with storing your own blood and super glueing wounds.
