Really, it's a concept recipe. Start with lamb marinated in onions, and see what you can do with it.

I took it to a meetup once, and the boys thought it was tasty. Even bought a little tabletop BBQ to make it fresh at the bar.

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Using your hands, mix them all together set aside in the fridge to marinate overnight. If in a hurry then for minimum 4 hours.
2. Thread the meat pieces onto metal skewers, about 6 per skewer, with any fat positioned towards the outside of the skewer.
3. BBQ over medium heat, turning to cook evenly.

And I usually don't bother with skewers, just throwing the chunks of meat right on the grill.

You can do just lamb and onions without everything else.

You could also use pomegranate juice instead of mineral water, which I've seen in a few places and haven't yet tried.

You can actually do it with just onions, but the bay leaf adds a surprising amount of bonus goodness.

Call centers are good entry level jobs, as well as work from home jobs. Lots of people want them.

Call center jobs in tech often lead to a more technical role at the company, while non-tech call centers have training and management paths.

Beats retail or factory work where you are on your feet all day.

It's spring! That time of year when a young man's attention turns to... HOA violations.

Yes, we're still getting temps in the 30's, but we had a day nice enough for someone from the HOA to write up everyone for not keeping up with the weeds that showed up the day prior.

And don't say "don't live in an HOA". NC law requires them in 90% of neighborhoods. Probably so the government doesn't have to maintain the roads, etc.

Here's why I don't trust the World Happiness Report.

After they poll people, they add in factors "such as GDP, social support, life expectancy, perceived freedom, generosity and corruption."

So a country with generous social benefits is rated as happier. Trump is considered anti-freedom, so the US moves down a few notches, even though no one can point to a single freedom lost. And the generosity is usually measured at the government level, not the individual level.

If I can't tell which category the video is, I skip it.
