The dug has been presented with a new toy by a visitor who has been running with us this weekend, one that bears a strong likeness to a character from that well known, hard hitting political and social satire, ‘Shaun the Sheep’.

All too predictably it is now known by all (and he can distinguish by name and type most of his balls, frisbees, ropes etc..), wait for it,

Even simple things - Glasgow's satellite industry are ignored in the media - to give one example. We need to project a rounded view of our country (although sometimes it is difficult not to be triumphalist when comparing it to our southern neighbour 🤣)

Not to worry. Israeli lies worked to cut aid - their primary objective. I just don't think even the US will listen to them in the future. The IDF have been pushing ‘alternative truths' for a long time and being believed - it can't last.

This may explain Labours insistence on rejecting any ‘restricted’ movement of younger people between Europe and the Disunited Kingdom. The prejeduices and xenophobia of a minority who will not be effected dominate the futures of many in these islands. A way to win an election maybe, a way to run a country no.

GPs face being stripped of the right to issue sick notes, as the prime minister says doctors are too readily writing people off as unfit for work. Specialist teams linked to the benefits system will instead assess the sick and decide how best to keep them in work.

Be afraid, very afraid. Those will be the same private companies who have already stripped benefits with no due concern.

It's not just Edinburgh (I know you probably used that as a marker). Scots in general take a different view of communality, one which threatens the London establishment. Who knows, other parts of the UK might take up the demands for fairness and decent services.

As far as Westminster is concerned, that way lies anarchy and a loss of their control.

Scotland and NI leaving might result in an even bigger shock for them.
