     @bmacDonald94 @TalktoBeverley I had the privilege to walk and climb in Nepal over two years in 2000-2002. We never went near that area.

     @TalktoBeverley ~ Indeed, in 1979 I tore my Meniscus and ACL playing racquetball. Ibuprofen was the only pain medication that worked. I probably developed the allergy then. It made me paranoid and quick to anger. So watch for those signs and the BP of course. Be well I kinda like having you around here. 💕

     @bmacDonald94 perhaps too much information, but ibuprofen changed my life. I used to have crippling menstrual pain. Other painkillers made no difference until ibuprofen could be purchased 'over the counter' & I no longer needed time off work each month.
     All a long-winded way of explaining why I never really paid attention to any warnings, because it had had such a positive impact on my life.
     Pharmacies query before you buy but you can easily purchase two packs in a supermarket no questions asked
