@eriner @adam @chanon @BlueDouche @Johncdvorak Adam brought a lot of people to the Fediverse. I ended up in the Fediverse in 2020 (not on NAS) because friend and listener kept talking about it.

Definitely did lot of stupid shit early. Still say stupid shit. But I think my posting has become more quality and brings a lot of new things to the Fediverse no one else is sharing.

This is one of the nicest and least antagonistic Fediverse communities because it is built around a shared experience.

@Type_Other @graf You can just tie a wick to wire, lay it across the mouth, fill with junk wax, and put the jar on your stove on lowest setting. Avoids burnt wax.

Or if you are super impatient just build from bottom up by pointing a butane torch into the candle and melting down wax as you add it.

If you ever tried to glue dolls, you know it holds not long, and you always lose motion in the joint.

We can use basic silversmithing or redsmithing techniques to build new solid joints that restore articulation.
