@Type_Other @graf You can just tie a wick to wire, lay it across the mouth, fill with junk wax, and put the jar on your stove on lowest setting. Avoids burnt wax.

Or if you are super impatient just build from bottom up by pointing a butane torch into the candle and melting down wax as you add it.
