He's been watching the telivision his whole life, as have most people he's ever met. Boomers internalized enough of the propaganda for things to run smoothly but that isn't the case any more. Most White men under the age of 40 don't give a fuck about the holocaust and it wouldn't take much social proof to get them to consent to the fact that it's a lie. The economic precarity that kept boomer hemmed in doesn't exist any more because most young White men don't have the opportunities in the first place so there's nothing to lose. Things are getting better, more young White men are waking up every day

An entire generation of high-agency WW1 vets who were still young and energized enough to build Nazi Germany from the ground up. WW1 was an awful war but it not only instilled agency and a sense of shared sacrifice in the men that fought it, the nature of the conflict created class unity between the wealthy and poor sons that shared the same trenches. Hitler wouldn't have the same caliber of men to work with in America today
