I know it was a niche on twitter, but I have not seen any bigger threading of messages as on twitter anywhere else as a form of social media writing. And with mastodon, it does not work properly due to search.

Has anyone seen this recently in "newer forms"?

Huliaipole wurde in der Vergangenheit bereits mehrfach beschädigt durch Bombadierung. Letztes Jahr traf es das Anwesend schon einmal und zerstörte eine Bibliothek (?) und eine von Arbeitern in den 90ern aufgestellte Büste.

I feel like closing down the mastodon experiment, as It does not spark enough excitement to keep doing it.

I want an outlet, but that is better done by writing on my own website or maybe a mail-letter.

The small thoughts here do not feel small enough to be small and they do not extend in conversations as much as they used to.

Conversationalism is missing up and downstream. The connections I made between 2012-15 are either still here (but way more silent, and def. not conversing) and since 2018 I did not make more than two or three good new connections on here.

Most posts are shallow af, - mine included. And the 10k characters are better used elsewhere.

@Rudolf_Muehland Dass die Intention hinter Naziwessi erst in der zweiten und dritten Ebene "drunter" nen emanzipatorisches Potential hat. Auch Paul kommt erst nach vorgeplänkel auf die verschütteten und abgewürgten Möglichkeiten zu sprechen. Dabei ist das nicht wichtig, dass er aus dem Westen kommt, sondern dass er ne beschissene Falsche Erzählung verkörpert bekommt, die all zu gerne auch von demokratischen Kräften aufgetischt wird.

@douginamug That you do not need a big vision to organise something (mission/vision alignment problem), but often enough can do simple things (organising intentional gatherings) repeatedly with one or two side activities to do initially setting things into motion.
A lot organisation lacks basics, not vision.

second to that is understanding emergent characters of environments you can rarely account by "visioning". And backwards casting storytelling of (sucess) history does not give enough room for that
