@douginamug the interesting part is, that getting better organised is not that hard and not obscure or not understood. there are concepts, experiences and frameworks of that.
I think this quote, which I first heard a couple days ago, sums up my so much of politics and activity. Been going through my head a lot.
@douginamug That you do not need a big vision to organise something (mission/vision alignment problem), but often enough can do simple things (organising intentional gatherings) repeatedly with one or two side activities to do initially setting things into motion.
A lot organisation lacks basics, not vision.
second to that is understanding emergent characters of environments you can rarely account by "visioning". And backwards casting storytelling of (sucess) history does not give enough room for that

Strong disagree. If it wasn't that hard why are we not further, moving faster? I think getting better organized is hard! Good organizational practice are memetic, but still huge variety between orgs.
What do you see as the lowest hanging fruit for getting better organised?
