A lot organisation lacks basics, not vision.second to that is understanding emergent characters of environments you can rarely account by "visioning". And backwards casting storytelling of (sucess) history does not give enough room for that

Strong disagree. If it wasn't that hard why are we not further, moving faster? I think getting better organized is hard! Good organizational practice are memetic, but still huge variety between orgs.
